Attraction Tickets - Changing length of stay

Hi everyone,

We have got 2 weeks at Coronado Springs booked Aug/Sept 2022 with Attraction Tickets. We are looking at pushing the arrival date back by one day (my best friend has decided she’s getting married abroad the week before!).

We booked when the dining credit offer was on. Is it quite a simple change to push check in back a day, and therefore reduce our trip to 13 days? I have some reward flights on hold until tomorrow but a bit nervous about paying for them without knowing whether we can change the hotel booking. I have of course emailed AT but haven’t had anything back yet.

Appreciate any thoughts!

Did you email hoteladmin@attractiontickets.com? I got my hotel changed within a few days via that email address and kept all of the dining credits

Yep, that’s the email I used to contact them! :-)

Did you change your hotel after the dining credit offer had ended? I had previously spoken to ATD and they said I'd lose all dining credits/freebies if I changed my booking after the offer ended. But this sounds hopeful!

I haven’t had it confirmed in writing yet but I called up and she said because it was just a case of removing just one day and not actually moving dates that it shouldn’t be a problem! Just waiting for email confirmation now!

I was also offered the option of adding Genie+ for £100pp so debating whether to add that or not now.

I spoke to ATD on Friday. They are allowing me to change my room type (same hotel) whilst keeping the dining credits etc! Very pleased because I wanted the tower at CSR and it was showing as sold out by the time that I booked!
