Hard Rock Hotel balance payment

Hi all
I’ve paid a deposit for our stay just before Christmas but I haven’t had anything from them asking for balance payment (booked direct) and can’t see anything on my confirmation invoice either. I sent a message via the website but haven’t had a response. Does anyone know if we just pay on arrival or if there is an email address I can contact them on?

Is it a direct booking? If yeah then pretty sure it’s due at check in.

We did this in 2019 and paid at check in.

Yes we also booked direct previously and paid balance at the hotel

www always book direct and I am pretty sure we pay on check out even rather than check in, same as with most hotels.
