Florida birthday gift ideas please?

We're out in January with good friends, it happens to be one of these friends birthdays before we go so I thought it would be nice to get her a gift / voucher that she can use in Florida.

Originally this trip was planned for August 2020 and we'd given her a voucher for a surf lesson at Typhoon Lagoon, which she would have loved, that's not an option for this trip, and with tours not running again yet, I'm struggling with what to give her.

Any idea please?

Obviously depends on budget but what about tickets for cirque du soleil?
