No, 581 is on floor 6, so not particularly high, but is a corner room overlooking the lake and it has the perfect angle for golden hour sunsets with double aspect windows.
If you want a view of HS and EPCOT, then 1067 is a good room.

Another option is using the Touring Plans website - if you have a subscription (I do because I am a nerd) you can look at the view from pretty much any resort room on property ...
I have requested specific rooms based on that and been pretty successful.

We were lucky it was my 60th and our wedding anniversary and we were upgraded from a standard room to a water view. We couldn’t see the parks . We did from the rooftop bar. We did sneak a couple of glasses of wine from the fridge we had in our in our room !
