Digital Fastpasses Arrive in Tokyo Next Week

Use Google Chrome to read / translate - alas the app is still all in Japanese.

Digital fastpasses were online last week when we were there. The problem is you need a japanese disney account (the text is japanese resident when i tried to get one and needed to log in). My foreign account wouldnt work.

In essence this is a *bad* thing. It took 30 mins of queuing to get a FP for toy story mania. With digital fastpasses i imagine that unless there is a quota then they will sell out quickly. Believe it or not, not many locals were using phones for the queue apps let alone for digital pastpasses. But this might change...

Oh interesting to hear they were using it when you were there.

Unless / until they add more languages to the app, they must keep paper ones for folks like us, surely?
