Linking tickets to several MDE apps
There are 8 in our party. We are staying offsite and have bought tickets from ATD. We all have the MDE app, can we all link our tickets to each others apps?
Thanks Wendy |

What you need to do is link each ticket to the account of the person who “owns” that ticket, then link each MDE to each other via the friends and family option. That way you can share and see each other’s plans.

If you can get all 8 people in the same room it shouldn’t take too long at all.
You link via the friends and family option by sending a link from the app which sends an email to the person you want to “friend”. Once they click through the email into their MDE the connection is made. As I said if you’re in the same room it’s quicker as you can check if they’ve got the email and then check you can see each other via MDE. Good luck 👍
