Coronado Springs Conferences/Events

Hi All,

Is there a way to find out what conferences/events are planned at the hotel before we book? I was thinking of booking here for the last 4 nights of our stay.

We are going mid September, so I hope the chances of school groups are slim, but would hate to get there to be found we are overrun with excitable teenagers.

I don't think it's aimed at school groups it's more business conferences,but Im not sure they would release that information!

The videos do seem to suggest they are looking at business conferences, the rooms ar't that cheap so perhaps not suitable for school groups.

I'm sure I've seen a bit of a list of things on, not sure if it was on one of the coronado fb groups. Won't be a full list tho, just ones they've found online. Will have to look tonight.

I found a list of Orlando conventions somewhere and there wasn’t much around September time. A few short conferences but no mention of cheerleaders. I’ll see if I can find it.

Check the ESPN World of Sport schedule- the big events aimed at sporty teens are usually held there.

Thanks, i have checked the ESPN schedule and there is nothing in for September really. I don't really mind the conference folk, as we don't tend to go the bars so will escape the drunk after conference drinks if there are any on.
Was more worried about groups of unattended/excitable teens, as have read the some of the stories of the cheer leading groups, but think that is more around may time.

Its business conventions, there were two large conventions there when we stayed but you would not have know they were there other than the notice board in the business area corridor telling you so. Definitely no school parties!

Yep, the cheerleaders will be there when we arrive next May but it’s only for the first weekend. I’m actually looking forward to seeing all the buzz and excitement but knowing it is time limited is also a plus
