The last virgin 747 repositioned from Manchester about 13.00 today. Not sure where it is headed but that's the last from manx.

BA are keeping at least 3 of them where they will be used on the ground for other purposes such as filming.

I think Ruby Tuesday is the last one we were on as well... brought us home last year !

She's heading for Tel Aviv I think, sold to another airline/leasing company and will carry on carrying passengers. Very sad to see the last 747 leave MAN, we've had many happy journeys on those VS planes.
