1st time flying with BA

WE are using BA for the first time this year, has anyone had any experience flying with them? I couldn't fault TUI or Virgin for their assistance , Im hoping BA are the same. WE are traveling with 2 asd kids and a wheelchair user

You will get mixed replies and not any conclusive answer.

Always had a good experience with BA although we are low maintenance customers.

Always had a good experience and as you are travelling with people with additional needs if you ring them you will get free seats booked for all flights 😀

Used BA lots of times for Florida and New York flights, to be honest I dont really see any difference between airlines, I go with cheapest if it gets me there.

Been using BA for past couple years to Orlando and no problems - one of our sons (9) is also asd.
Key was calling the in advance and getting assistance at airport to avoid queues etc.
Less of an issue on the actual flight for us, but staff had been great and understanding

I suugest you contact BA and discuss your needs - it is a UK based department (Newcastle) and open 9 to 5 Monday to Friday.

Here is the BA Special Assistance number

BA Special Assistance Telephone Number - Freephone 0800 408 1100

Hope that helps.
