Cruising from Southampton, parking, hotel ?

We booked the Hilton it offers hotel, parking and transport to and from the port for £199 per room

It's not in the town center but I can't imagine there's a lot to see in Southampton lol

Don't panic! It's still walkable to the town center just make sure you walk towards the port and town and not the other way!
There are some new restaurants about 15 mins away where john Lewis used to be and near the civic center.
I'd walk around that area on my own in the early evening as my office is nearby but would be wary too late on and after dark!

We always use Just Park. Good prices, and you park your car and take the keys with you. Many providers also offer transfer to and from the docks.

The Premier Inn at West Quay is a decent enough hotel.

Right next to the shopping centre and a short stroll to view the ships!
