Alamo mid size SUV - Ford Explorer

Has anybody managed to get a Ford Explorer when they have booked a mid size SUV through Alamo. After seeing photos really fancy one.

The Ford Explorer would be in the standard 5 seater SUV category (one category above the mid size suv). If they run out of mid size suv's then Alamo would upgrade you to the next size so potentially you'll be able to pick a Ford Explorer if one is available.

This happened with us last time at Sanford. Had a mid size SUV booked with Alamo but ended up with an Explorer with about 500 miles on the clock and electric everything. Really nice car to drive.

Just had a very happy customer return.. Booked a full size car and was able to pick a Dodge RAM pickup truck as there were hardly any vehicles in the garage.
