Cheap flights to Canada

Does anyone know who does cheap flights to Canada either Calgary or Vancouver? I can't find much under the £3.5k mark just for flights (2 adults 1 teen and 2 children). I keep looking on Canadianaffair who we went with last time and sky scanner but no luck.
My OH is desperate to go back but i can't justify the prices; hotels and car hire are also expensive.

Any suggestions? Thanks

Try Air Transat that's what canadian affair sometimes use.

I agree the car hire is very expensive compared to Florida car hire. We got good car hire from Expedia.

Try Iceland Air, we got good deals with them last year, Aberdeen to Toronto, via Reykjavik, not sure where else they fly to.

Try Westjet - we flew them last year. We paid £475 each (including bags, but I think you have to pay a small amount extra for bags now) - we flew from Gatwick - Toronto (stopped there & Niagara for a week) then flew to Calgary (2 weeks in the rockies), then direct back to london.
Westjet are a budget airline, but the seats are comfortable, and we had loads of legroom on the way back. There are no seat back tvs, but you can hire tablets for about £5 (?) or use your own. There are charging points at every seat. Food isn't included, but they give you soft drinks. We took our own food, and I bought a Mac n cheese on the plane (return flight) which was actually yummy, and only cost like $7 CDN.

When are you travelling? If it is as per your countdown (450 days) then you will probably find that fares will reduce once most airlines release their flights at 330 days (11 month) before the date of travel.

That said, as mentioned above, check the Air Transat website. They have flights available through 2018, with fares for example for Manchester to Vancouver at just over £500 each in economy (based on outbound 07/09/18, returning 22/09/18). This includes 23kg checked bag each and meals.
