Shows are currently 7:15. I think the dining package is only available untill 4:00.

You don't eat and watch the show. You go for a meal and get a ticket for VIP seating for the evening show

We have a ROL dining package ADR at Tiffins for 5.55, booked it a few days ago when bookings opened... Was told ROL was at 9.30. Hope timings haven't changed.

We are there next week it's 7:15. It will be later when the nights are lighter.
