Specific Car Hire

Hi, back to Florida next summer and we usually hire a medium or large SUV. DH has said today he would really like to hire a Dodge Challenger! I have tried a few car hire sites but so far can't find one. Any ideas or help very much appreciated

Try Hertz Adrenaline Collection.
hertz/rentacar/produ...collection.jsp

Depends whether they are sold out on your dates as sometimes they show other times they don't

Alamo Also do them but have the " or similar" tag under the Standard Sport class... mega expensive tho

Thank you very much. Found one on Alamo but it is very expensive. Not found on hertz yet but I'll keep trying.

You can often (but not always) find Challengers in the Alamo's
'Premium' row at MCO - we had one for a fortnight last May.

Even if there isn't one there in the row when you get there,
if you ask the Alamo staff nicely, they might well be able to
magic one up from somewhere!

Thank you! How lucky would that be if one was there. I would like to make this happen as Dh doesn't ask for much 😀. A nice car, trip to KSC and a good steak and his Florida holiday is made.

The Alamo Challengers had the cooking V6 engines when I looked two years ago. We saw one in the premium line ( being a petrolhead I popped the bonnet, sorry hood and saw a V6.) Ended up with a 300c platinum Hemi.
If you do see one, and you really want a V8 then best look in the engine compartment. The exhaust headers are the giveaway. ( or you could ask Alamo of course, why didn't I think of that at the time )
