Driving down from Davenport to Cape Coral

Hi was just wondering if there were any places to stop on the way down to Cape Coral worth having a look at? We have to be out the villa by 11am and can't get into the other one till 4pm so we have plenty of time to kill. Thanks

Beginning with Anna Marie Island there are several really nice areas along the Gulf Coast, Sarasota, Siesta Key, Venice to name a few, It will take you a good 3 hours from Orlando, you could always break up your journey at the Ellenton Outlets for a spot of lunch and some retail therapy and visit the places named when you have more time.

Thank you for your reply, I'm always a bit hesitant about leaving bags and cases in the car so I will probably give the outlets a miss on that journey, perhaps go the way of the coast and hopefully find a nice place for lunch, with a car park directly out side lol

Why has this been moved to car hire and transportation?
