What Deck is Best

I was planning of staying in a stateroom on Deck 6 but have read on another site that Deck 5 is much quieter. I was wondernig what deck previous cruising dibbers would recommend.

We went Deck 7 last time and are booked again for Deck 7 this time, we were on the port side the last time so we are trying starboard this time.

We would have preferred a cat 6 on deck 5 but apparently these only sleep 2-3, and we are a party of 4

That's one thing that did surprise me - there are far less cabins sleeping 4 than you might imagine on board, and the norm is 2-3 berths for cat 6.

Having read posts on here and other sites, we have opted for a cat 7 on Deck 7.

We have chosen Deck 6 a midship cat 6 cabin. Neither of us have sailed before, so have read that midship is the best place, if you are prone to sea sickness. Our cabin has good write ups.

We've chosen deck 5 right at the back, no noise but close to the kids club
