Ohhh thats great news that you have your renewal all booked! I am waiting to hear from Cathy about ours, she's not in the office until next Tuesday so hopefully we will get it booked and sorted by the end of next week.

What are you going to wear for your renewal service corrinda? are you doing the whole wedding dress thing, a smart suit or going all tropical in Bahama shirts and sarongs?

We got married in antigua 13 years ago(unlucky for some) and had our honeymoon in st lucia,so still have my dress and it still fits tightly i may add,but i might wear that ,still have to wait from kathy as i know they have they bank holidays so i still have to wait for my confirmation but its just my credit card etc so i hope to wear my dress since it is short and of the shoulders since when we got marreid i knew we were going sub tropical so wanted something cool so excited.What are you going to wear your turn?

Ummmm not really sure - we got married on the beach in Jamaica, I wore a bikini and a wrap, so my ''original wedding outfit'' is definately OUT lol

I think maybe a floaty summer dress, or a ''pant suit'' as the Americans say, I would love a summer type wedding dress, nothing flouncy, but at my weight I just couldnt get away with it. I think Im probably going to wear something that I can wear to palos afterwards and possibly even formal night to cut down on the packing.

Its a thing thats just for us a family, so am not overly worried about my outfit, it just seems a nice thing do be able to do after all the ≈≈≈≈≈≈ we've been through over the last couple of years. Its more of a WOW - look! we actually made it through the tunnel and out into the light at the other end sort of thing!

Sorry - I dont mean to hijack your thread, but Im really excited and need to tell someone

I had an email back from Cathy at Disney weddings today and she has reserved the vow renewal package for me She said the prices wont be released until about 15th June, and as soon as they are she will tag the balance onto my existing booking.

She estimates the cost will be about $1200 Which isnt cheap I know, but its something really special isnt it? (help me out here Im desperatly trying to justify the cost!)

Also, I found via another thread (in chat & news) a shop called Lane Bryant which does gorgeous clothes for plus sizes, and they have a wedding dress section! So I may get get to wear a white frock after all

Im not actually sure what we are getting for our money yet, I dont have details of what is included in the package - do you have any idea? I think we get consierge services though and that means we can book palo/spa treatments etc at the 90 day point (along with guests in suites) instead of the 75 day point?

How is the planning going for your renewal? are you all organised?

Hi she told me included in price is a bouquet for me and buttonhole for my husband,a wedding cake and a violinist who will play a disney tune yeah,a bottle of bubbly and the captain to preform ceremony,couldent reach cathy yesterday,i know they have had there holidays so will try again this afternoon,until she comes back and says right its added to your ooking all paid for i cant get excited so fingers crossed,you also get included dinner at palo soo think it is a good price,let me know how you get on.

Corrinda - when you say palo is inculded - does this mean we could also book Palo again as if we didnt have the package IYKWIM? or does it just mean that they pay the $10 each for us?
