For the accommodation, you're looking at late October this year before that is available. At the moment you can only book for arrivals up to 30th September.

Packages including the Eurostar should be available soon thereafter. However if you want to book each element separately, then you are looking around 180 days out (from date of return) for Direct Trains, or 90 days if wanting indirect.

Direct Eurostar is out around 10months before. I would keep checking online or ring up as they usually sell them on the phone before they go online, that's if you want the cheapest seats
