I was talking to a old friend who I knew many years ago but lost touch. She saw me in the mall and came up and gave me a hug we got talking she said in a joke way well did you ever get CSE I said no but I did get a few certificate For different things so I sent her my certificate wall via messager

Kevin. Well your wall looks better than mine would.

I have just one Certificate! A City and Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery.

I think I may have a Cycling Proficiency Test one though somewhere.

Graham when I was 15 I went to a career adviser who said the best you do is do basic manual work I said I will pass my driving test she basically laughed and said I dont think so I made myself a promise I prove the @#£& Wong so over the next years a do it my way I ran my own business worked all over the uk ect

Before I walked out of School at 15 I was told by the Teachers I would never amount to anything and would be a failure.
Within 3 years I was earning more than the Headmaster!

However I owe a debt of gratitude to the Careers Advisor who encouraged me to go on the tools.

Graham I meet mine when I was around 25 at a job fare I was not looking for work but was working as a chef for a agency and the lady that ran it said that I could give good information about the work ect so I went the Careers Advisor was walking around the fair and came to where I was at first she just looked then said what the you doing here my boss a said that if she wanted to know about being a chef then she should asked me the Careers Advisor said we meet before and she never been so Wong in all her years she thought that be course my work at school was so bad I world not understand about anything above the manual labour I said that in the old days it was different but with NVQS ECT it’s not the end just becurse you can not spell or write very well but I could read fine the Careers Advisor said so so sorry then said with a grin did you pass your driving test I said with a grin yes but it did take 8 times

Well done to you. I took my test at 17 but had been driving for 2 years on site.

My Instructor worked part time as a Hearse driver so taught me to always drive smoothly. His motto was better to be 10 mins late than 10 years too early.
