We stayed in Premier Inn North Terminal, it was pretty decent. Easy walk from the terminal. Lovely meal in their restaurant in the evening, and we had a 10th floor room with a view over the airport. Perfect for geeks like me.
We even saw our plane land just as we were leaving our room for the airport in the morning.

We always book the Premier Inn on Airport Way. They do have deals so keep checking. I got 4 rooms for £32.50 per room in January for our trip next month. We do the meal deal as well. Dinner and brekkie. Good hot food. 5 minutes from the terminal too. So easy especially if you do twilight check in.

The premier inn gatwick airport way is coming up at £52 for a family room which is reasonable but just showing Flex price, no early bird price showing yet?

Premier inn north terminal is brilliant, no need to get a taxi to the terminal (which you have to do with airport way) you just walk out the entrance, cross the rd and your in the terminal, and if your flying from the south terminal they have the mono rail to take you there and back.

Another vote for Premier Inn North Terminal. It is usually slightly more expensive than Airport Way Premier Inn but as a PP has said, you don't need to get a taxi or shuttle, so that offsets some of the difference and it is so convenient.

What date in August are you looking for? Do you mean the cheaper non-flex rates?
