Which test to take before boarding cruise?
I’m a little confused with regards to testing prior to getting on the Disney dream.
2 x adults and 3 x under 12s so not vaccinated. I have booked 2 x adults a supervised antigen test via zoom (as permitted to enter the US) and 3 x kids PCR home kits. I’ve just read the Disney site and it says it doesn’t permit antigen? Only NAAT but I don’t know what the difference is! Ours are the rapid antigen ones but we are supervised whilst doing it? Is this ok?! |

So after January over 5s have to be vaccinated to go on a Disney cruise after January so I'm assuming you are travelling before then. The website says "The test should be a NAAT test, rapid PCR test or lab-based PCR test" so I think the PCR home kit is fine as its going to a lab. You then get retested at the port.
I would however check as I think all the pre departure tests are needed to be supervised aren't they so the kids ones need to be Zoom too
