Anyone having trouble adding gifts on to Disney cruise?

Hi, we are all checked in ready for our cruise departing 13th December.

I keep trying to add some onboard gifts on but it doesn’t accept my reservation. Wondered if anyone else was having the same problem before I give them a call?

Before Covid I had a cruise booked which was then cancelled and came across this issue.

Only people who booked either direct through Disney Cruise Line American website or through an American travel agent and paid for their cruise in US Dollars can book onboard gifts for the stateroom through the App.

Anyone who booked direct through the UK, or other country website or through a UK or other country travel agency and paid for their cruise in UK Pounds Sterling or Euros or another currency can not book onboard gifts for the stateroom through the App. You will need to call Disney Cruise Line and they will do it manually over the phone 6 weeks or less before the cruise.
