Mobile Santa’s dash in your house!

What is the santa dash like in your home?
I get so stressed, but in a excited way! My older two are 18 & 15 but they are still not allowed to even see what wrapping paper they have never mind any of their gifts before Christmas morning 😂😂
Mason is a nightmare 🙈 he doesn’t sleep well and always awake well past everyone else (nor will he sleep alone). I am usually in bed at 10pm, read then lights off at 11pm. So its a killer staying up to do the santa run 😂
My husband is always the lookout on the stairs while I frantically set everything out in nice piles. Each child has different wrapping paper so santa doesn’t mix any gifts up 😉
When I finally get to bed I am too excited and too worked up to sleep 😬

Same. Kids won’t entertain the idea of having gifts under the tree before Xmas morning. When they were little and went to bed at 18:30 if was amazing. Lay the presents out, order a takeaway and go to bed around 22:00. Now they don’t go to bed until late I actually put to them about getting things out ahead of time and they refused. As this is their choice they know they’ve to be upstairs by 22:00 on Xmas eve!

Just finished wrapping. DS16 at work and DH took DS13 to the cinema. I made him leave extra early and he’s got a couple of bits to pick up from Tesco on the way home just to drag it out.

Years ago, I had the bright idea to get two of the same sacks for each boy so I fill their sacks up whilst wrapping but they still get to put their sack out and then Santa just does a switch.👍🏻

If we have grandparents staying (most years), each child gets a grandparent to either chat to them (13 year old) or sit outside their door and make sure they stay asleep (10 year old).
Then we run up and down the stairs with the gifts.

It’s my first year with two non-believers, whilst I’ll still do things the same way I am relieved the pressure is off and the magic won’t be ruined if they catch a glimpse

I’ve one child asleep but the other is still awake. All the presents are wrapped in our bedroom but can’t get to them until he is asleep!
Will be well after 10pm but I can start the dash I think
