1 Bed At SSR that Sleeps 5?

Hi
I have just seen a video of a new 1 bed Preferred in Congress Park at SSR.

Is there any way to make sure that you get one of these.
I would only want one of these if i could make sure as i have no intention of arriving and finding i get given the old version which only sleeps 4.
I would rather book a 2 bed if there is no guarantee of the 1 bed that sleeps 5.

They finished Congress and were working on The Springs but word is, work had stopped on Springs due to Corona. I�d hope they start again ASAP (this isn�t budgetary constraint as it�s being paid for from the SSR Capital account with over $70m in it).

Assuming they start again soon, then I�d hope Springs is finished by Xmas if not before.

If it is, booking a preferred will guarantee you a newly refurbed room.
