Somewhere like smiggle for kids backpacks
My kids are wanting to buy new backpacks for school this summer for next school year and I was thinking maybe they could get something cool in Florida. They love the Smiggle backpacks and lots of kids at their school have them. Does anyone know of anywhere in Orlando that does those kind of school bags?

Target definitely has a big selection in the summer. There isn't anywhere like Smiggle that I can think of. For girls, Justice had similar styles.

Supertargets. Also great for unusual lunchboxes and a wide selection.
JcPenney is also a good place to look.

The best American backpacks are LL Bean. They are guaranteed and can be returned if they break.
My kids each had two for their first 12 years of school and a couple took them to university with them. OUrs lasted at least 10 years but we did not return for new ones as we felt we had gotten our moeny's worth. I think bags from Target and similar places may not last a school year. |

You are right about LL Bean backpacks being excellent quality but they are absolutely nothing like Smiggle. The OP's kids are obviously into trendy, colorful styles not classic long lasting ones. My daughters' Target ones have been pretty decent quality.

My daughter loves smiggle and has a backpack every Christmas, last year she chose one from Ross when we were in Florida, it looked similar to a smiggle one but cost quarter of the price also bought a lovely lunch/cooler bag from there, as others have said target to a lovely range with matching accessories.
