Over 3 trips we have got it down to:
Magic bands Phone and charger Tiny travel wallet with one debit and one credit card and some cash. Passport photocopy and driving license in case we want to drink. Blister plasters and antibac cream Vaseline for blisters and chub rub Lip balm and sunglasses Squeeze squash concentrate for flavouring free water Very light cardi in a ziplock for me (I get chilled in the aircon) Suncream top up Antibac wipes (SO USEFUL) DH inhaler Ponchos Spare socks Tissues Also if we know we are going to a lot of long shows with hard seating that day (think Indiana Jones, beauty and the beast, fantasmic), or if we will be sitting waiting for fireworks or parade, I have some foam seating pads that save your rear end when on hard benches. Saved my 60yo in laws! We found we never used: Painkillers (how often do you all take these? I take them like 3x a year at most and so it’s unlikely I will need them, and if I really do every park has a first aid centre) More complicated plasters / moleskin - we keep this in the room but found we can normally get through the day with Vaseline and blister plasters. Water bottle (heavy, bulky, there is free water everywhere) Spare shoes (never wore them) Shirt for DH (he never wore it) Snacks or food (taking up valuable stomach space where Disney snacks could be!) |

I suffer really badly with headaches esp in the heat. I would dearly love to go with just MB and credit card.
This year I'm taking cooler towels which were recommended here on the Dibb

As little as we can, less to go through at security.
Chilly Bottle, with water. Cool Towel Fan Glasses (tip they will always ask you to open up glasses cases so do it beforehand) Sunscreen Ponchos/Umbrellas That is about it. We did use the tip of flip flops for when it rains but after the first downpour it was such a pain we couldn't be bothered.
