Kyoto was awesome and our airbnb was perfect. I cannot recommend it or the host enough (ゲストハウスAYAYA) location was a few mins walk from kyoto station, a launderette, 711 and aeon mall (complete with supermarket and food hall) all within 2 min walk. The fact it was a japanese house complete with tatatmi and sliding doors was nice. The kids had their own room too so we got a nice break.

We would stop there again without hesitation.
Sounds lovely and very convenient...Who did you book with?

What credit card did you use to book your tickets?

We booked with AirBnB. We used our Halifax Clarity card, it worked in all the ATMs when we were over there and on the Disney website beforehand.
