Ooh I've only just seen this Amanda! I'm so pleased you've decided to do a trippy of your week away sorting out the house, I can not wait to see all the updates.
I bet you and Andy are desperate to get back out there, I have everything crossed you make it soon.

How exciting especially choosing the contents of the house. Hope you can get out there sooner rather than later. Looking forward to reading more.

What a lovely corner plot, although I have to say I also would have reservations about the woods to the rear and its possible inhabitants How exciting to have chosen your options, it must be nice to have so many choices so that you can personalise as much as possible. I can't wait to see it all come together for you.

Can I come and be your neighbour... I'll be quiet I promise
Ha ha, yes the woods at the bottom of the garden will be quite the project for Andy. The choices were a bit overwhelming. Running round empty houses with a tile in one hand and floor plank in the other seeing what they look like next to each other

We definitely wonít have any neighbours on one side .. the other side maybe ... lol. The boys assure me all the building noise will shoo any beasties away to other places. There are plenty of unbuilt lots in the area.

Hey, been meaning to catch up on this for a few weeks but home working got in the way! So happy for you, will you be able to spend all year in your new home or are you limited for time over there? This has long been a source of irritation to me, I desperately want to retire over there (possibly in the Boston area), but know that we can only be in the USA for a few months of the year.

I hope you are all keeping safe and that it won't be too long before you are popping on the slippers and jetting off! xx
