Volcano Bay- they cancelled our Cabana!

We're due to go to Volcano bay on Tuesday 6th June. I booked a cabana the day they were released and got an email last night asking me to give them a call. They have said the booking as been 'compromised' and over booked and therefore have to cancel our booking!

Where you offered anything in terms of compensation. It seems from yesterday people had been offered Universal Passes as a comp for Volcano Bay frustrations

Ah I missed the other thred with this on!
We have got gold passes for all of the party for 3 rides each, dining plan and £100 voucher and refunded. Which is great but we were looking forward to the cabana.
They couldn't give me another for any other day and didn't really sound like she Checked she just said no were full.

That's awful, we have one booked for August so I know how disappointed you must be but it sounds like you have been decently compensated which is all they can really do. Hope you have a great day regardless!

sounds like you got good compensation, Shame about the Cabana though

To be honest, I'm considering booking a cabana in the hope they cancel it later and offer me compensation like that
