Sunday 3rd April - move to Royal Pacific Resort, Simpsons Food Court & Bubba Gumps

Quick breakfast at home

Lard Lad Donut to share - this was good and again we meant to go back later in the holiday to get another but didn't. DH made an error here & left us girls with the donut while he went to refill our cup when he came back there was only a small bit left :pgig

Krusty Burger for lunch
DD2 - Kids Hotdog & Curly fries

DD1 & Me - Sideshow Bob foot long hotdog & curly fries

DH - Krusty Burger & Curly Fries

We had a refillable mug for drinks

Picked up a Cinnabon on the way back to the hotel on city walk, forgot to take a photo! We ate it back at the room before going to the pool.

Sat by the pool for a while
Got some drinks very expensive!
DD1 - Non-alcoholic Pina Colada

DD2 - Frozen Strawberry Lemonade
DH - Budweiser

Me - Strawberry Daiquiri - I did get to keep my plastic cup though.

Bubba Gumps for tea
Very long wait for tables but we had our Landrys card which got us in quicker.
Bubba’s Shrimp Far Out Dip to share - very boring, not enough dip & the chips were like cardboard on their own

DD1 - Mushroom Veggie Burger & Fries - she really enjoyed this

DH - Accidental Fish & Shrimp

DD2 - Kids Pepperoni Pizza, French Fries & Strawberry lemonade (which came in the souvenir glass even though we didn't request it) She wasn't very keen on it as it was a bit lumpy bits of strawberry kept blocking the straw.

Me - Forrest’s Seafood Feast

2 Diet Pepsi's
Bud light
We weren't very impressed by the food or the service & probably wouldn't bother again. Our server came to say hello then left us with another girl who was rushed off her feet while he didn't look to be doing a lot!
They were quick to come over when you put your sign up but not very quick at doing what you had asked for, like bringing the bill!
The bill came to $94.86 but fortunately we only paid $44.86 because we had $50 on our landrys card

Monday 4th April Croissant Moon Bakery, Pizza Predatoria & Giordanis

Breakfast at Croissant Moon Bakery at Islands of Adventure

2 x Melon cups & 2 Apple juices then a croissant with one & another with a chocolate muffin

I think this was a breakfast deal but it was enough for the 4 of us to share.
We also re chipped our refillable cup we had bought yesterday.
We were hoping to go back to try some of their cakes, they looked so good but unfortunately we didn't go back.

Lunch we stopped at a quick service place for pizza which wasn't very quick at all they ended up giving us free cookies because it took so long.
We needed to sit in the sun to dry off from all the wet rides we had just been on twice!

$21.12

Ice creams in Suess Landings later in the day

Brownie Sundae with caramel & 2 Cookies & cream in a waffle cone
$15.63

Tea - Giordano’s

Pizza Pie

Picture doesn't really do it justice it was amazing

Chicken Wings

Salad

And a few of these we had bought from Walmart earlier in the week

Sorry can't find the receipt for this

Tuesday 5th April - Blizzard Beach, Ghirardelli's & Walmart

Breakfast at home

Snack at Blizzard Beach
Popcorn

Chips & Hummus

Diet coke
$10.41

Then onto Disney Springs where we went to Ghirardelli's
4 cups of water
Me - The Crissy Field Cookie Bits Sundae

DD1 - Lands End Salted Caramel Sundae

DD2 - Treasure Island Warm Brownie Sundae in a cup

DH - Treasure Island Warm Sundae in a waffle cup

They were amazing but so big we should have shared & would probably have been better to sit in the shade instead of the blazing sun trying to eat them!
Another place I would definitely go back to.
Cant find the receipt, sorry!

Tea - we weren't hungry for a big tea so decide to pick up some sandwiches etc from Walmart when we went for a few breakfast bits.
Got a couple of huge deli sandwiches, a couple of salads, some pasta & olives etc.
Ate it back at the condo with a Budweiser or 2.

Wednesday 6th April - Peco Bills, Starbucks & Bahama Breeze

Breakfast at home again then off to Magic Kingdom

Peco Bills for an early lunch. DH was looking forward to the toppings bar!

DD2 - Kids Macaroni Cheese with grapes & carrot sticks & Sprite

She wasn't very keen on this as there was much more sauce than pasta, it definitely didn't beat the Longhorns Macaroni cheese she had earlier in the holiday.

We all had the Fajita Platter 2 with Chicken & the other with Beef

Then we filled up on the toppings bar.

We probably got 3 cups of water, we were a bit fed up with fizzy by this point. There was no charge for cups of water & they were quite happy for you to have it if you wanted to keep costs down.
$44.69

Popped into Starbucks on the way out for 2 Caramel Frappacino’s & a Strawberry Acai. DD2 also wanted to buy a Starbucks Acrylic Tumbler

$37.09 ($19.95 was the tumbler)

Bahama Breeze for tea tonight
Key West Nachos & Chicken Quesadillas for starters to share

DH - Baby Back Ribs with fries

Me - Jerk Chicken Pasta with a Cesaer Salad as a side

DD2 - Creole Chicken & Chorizo Pasta without the Chicken

DD1 - West Indies Chicken Curry Bowl

Rebecca’s Key Lime Pie to share but the others weren't too keen so I had to eat most of it

3 Soft drinks & Strawberry Lemonade
$97.75 I think we had a voucher for some money off

Thursday 7th April - Boardwalk Bakery & Olive Garden

Breakfast at home again

Went to The Boardwalk Bakery for some lunch
2 Tomato & Mozzarella Sandwiches to share

Oreo cupcake to share me & DD1 - This almost looked too good to eat, it was really good

2 Chocolate Brownie Cheesecakes for DH & DD2 - these were pretty good too

4 cups of water
$36.04

A return trip to Olive Garden for tea tonight
Lasagna Fritta & chicken Quesadilla’s to share for starters

breadsticks & salad too

Me - Tour of Italy

DD1 - Chicken & Broccoli pot pie

DH - Steak & garlic mash (very garlicky mash & steak not a patch on Longhorns)

DD2 - Cheese Ravioli kids portion

4 soft drinks
$91.06
We went to a different Olive Garden this time (Apopka-Vineland Road)
we didn't like this one as much as the one on International Drive.

Friday 8th April The Last Day Aquatica & Airport

Last breakfast in condo

Aquatica for the last bit of sun
Bought a refillable cup which we got loads of use out of.
4 M&M cookie sandwiches - pretty good

$15.16

Panda express for DH & DD1 at the airport

McDonalds for me & DD2 - only took a photo of kids meal chips because they were so small!

Food on the plane in Premium Economy
Sparkling wine or orange juice before take off
Pretzels
Tomato pasta

Roll brought round in a basket
Cant remember what the dessert was we didn't eat it
Crackers & cheese

Breakfast
Tiny warm croissant
Yoghurt
Blueberry Muffin
Orange Juice

I think I had lost the will by the time we got on the aeroplane, sorry

Writing about all this food & looking at the pictures makes me want to go back again. We started off well but by the end of the 2 weeks we were definitely eating less.

Thanks to The DIBB we discovered lots of new places to eat, unfortunately we ran out of time to try all of the places on our list but it will give us an excuse to go back again along with the new rides they keep adding!

I hope you have all enjoyed seeing our food pics I know I have enjoyed reliving all that food

Wow, awesome to read, thanks. Longhorn was our favourite by far. My eldest loves cheesecake and was so gutted we missed Cheesecake Factory she ended up waking up from a nightmare sobbing that we hadn't been! We are goi g the day we pick up our car in October, just to be safe!
