Fantasmic

Really want to watch fantasmic show- is it on every night? And do u really have to start queuing 90 mins before to get a seat? Don't fancy paying extra to get the dining package! If u fast pass this what does this do? Is it worth it?

You only need to queue that long if you want the better seats. Fastpass only guarantees entry it does not give you any better seats

Looking at your countdown I guess you are there in the summer in end July- August?
If so there can sometimes be two shows in the height of the summer and almost definitely is on every night at least once.
If two shows then go the later. We used to buy dippers of hot dog meals and take them with us around 45 mins before and still get some seating.
TBH we do spring for the Fantasmic package most of the time but we love H and Vine buffet.
Never done Mama Melrose or Brown Derby but not sure if it a set price for Fantasmic package. If not you could eat cheaper stuff off the menu but not sure if you can.

Whichever way you do it ... make sure you do do it!
We have always had a mama Melrose meal first, usually a highlight meal.
The fp works the same as other fp, queue less, but I think you are directed to the far left hand side.

Been tonight and was well worth it. We had a fast pass but didn't really need it and arrived 50 minutes before and got great seats. Don't know what it'll be like in peak time mind. Saw the Star Wars fireworks on our way back to the car and they were pretty amazing. Easily on par with MK Wishes I would say in fact I was disappointed not to have stayed and watched them in full but had 2 very tired children and wanted to beat the rush.

They clear the area after each show, so you would have to queue twice I'm afraid.
