TUI Premium Club seat choice not reconised

Hi guys

we have decided to cancel Virgin for next year and just had confirmation message on whats app that it is now cancelled. just have to wait 120 plus days for refund. we just received rfefund back from virgin bubble seat choice thankfully so decided to use that money and book with a deposit and fly TUI for next year as it is flying from bristol which is so much closer to us than heathrow.

i booked Premium club and it says seats can be booked from the 10th july, immediatley after booking however it comes up saying booking not found even though im in the new booking account

anyone else come accross this?

I think there are issues with the seating system at the moment- I would try again after the weekend.

We booked with TUI a few weeks ago and my booking isn’t showing in my account. I can access the details but need to access using the ‘view/edit a booking’ option.

If you have your booking reference number you could try accessing the seat map using the ‘advance passenger information’ option. That’s how I booked my seats for our August 2020 holiday.

You don’t need to add API to access the seat bookings, it just gets you into flight options website (seat bookings, extra luggage, champagne etc).

I’m not up to date with API for USA but I seem to remember that there was a thread advising not to complete it yet or it may affect your ESTA.

I think for me I had to wait 24 hours or so for it to be loaded to the system. But also I accessed it through the view/edit booking and then went to seat selection which opened a new window

Yep done all that and it's over 24 hrs now so will wait until Monday and give them a call ifnits still not working

Just checked ours for next June and can access my booking fine including the seat selection.

We made the booking a month or so ago and were able to select seats pretty much straight away.

This happened to mine on the day I booked but I kept trying and a couple of days later it worked. Hope it works for you soon, it's frustrating when it won't let you log in.
