Downstairs toilet refurb
We have had this arranged for months.
We normally use a different bathroom place but this time they were honest - there wasn’t enough profit in it for them to do 🤔 The floor space is tiny . Probably about 1.5m x 1 m ish . Getting new toilet , new sink with cupboard underneath and a mirror on wall. Wills tiled , floor tiled and a heated radiator - towel rail. Spotlights in ceiling and gloss ceiling panels Few before pictures, they start tomorrow.

Looks fine, leave it alone.  Being serious now. I can understand the problem with getting a quote for a room this size/job this small. For a Tradesman they are a pain as it will mean multiple visits but short hours. I do like a renovation thread.

We’re doing ours atm too.
And the bathroom. And the kitchen. 😳 😆 They are all hideous though - yours looks ok 🤔

OP. Have you selected your spots yet?
Reason I ask is I had some put up earlier this ear and they come with a white surround. However in the box is a clip on chrome surround so you can decide which type you like and even change your mind.

Yesterday the lads spent 3 hours ripping out the loo, sink , floor etc
That was them done till the tiler came today and spent all day here . Few pics from yesterday and today.

Ahh a person after my own heart. I love big tiles and yours tick the box in my view for a room that size. Nice colour as well.
