Anyone bought from John Lewis with an offer

We bought the Samsung tv which gave a £100 gift card after purchase , bought in October and was told would receive by November , Glasgow store now closed so can’t get help just unsure if these offers of gift cards when sent out do they come from John Lewis or Samsung

Only reason was keen to know as buying another quite big article so would rather put this £100 to it

Without seeing the T&c's of the offer its hard to know for sure. However normally with these promotions, and I know Samsung regularly do them, it is a cash back deal with Samsung. You normally have a set window after purchase to claim the cash back (ie 30 days after purchase or some you have to claim between 30-60 days, I assume they do that as some people then forget to claim). they then sound out the voucher.

You do normally need to claim through a specific website/link. Thats certainly what we had to do a few years ago with a Samsung purchase and some similar deals from other companies
