Perhaps it’s because there are enough people out there that need it spelling out how easy the virus spreads. If families/friends choose to meet indoors over the Christmas period then there are precautions they should take to minimise the effect of the spread.

Eminently sensible to remind people of the risks that MIXED HOUSEHOLDS spending time in close proximity, and board games do generally involve being close together, facing each other, laughing and shouting and doing all the things an airborne virus loves.

We're nearly out of the woods with this damned thing - be sensible and then we can all truly party (and play board games) like it's 1999.

If mixing it's understandable that windows should be opened, it's one of the big things they are insisting on in schools (and yes it's blinking freezing).
