Smoked Salmon Blinis

I was going to make some for a starter on Christmas Day, do I just put some Philadelphia with chives on and a piece of smoked salmon with a lemon wedge? Or is their something else I should do? Thanks

I just use cream cheese, maybe a bit of black pepper on the top
Favourite part of Christmas Day, we have them for breakfast with fizz 😀xx

i use low fat creme fraiche and mix in a little horseradish and squeeze a little lemon juice before serving

Oh I love salmon mousse on blinins, sadly most of my lot don't so that's a non starter.
