Thomas cook flight booking via Expedia

I can’t seem to find the info on Expedia, but if I book flights with Thomas Cook does it include one piece of hold luggage per person. Also if I want to book seats or more bags am I able to do this via Thomas cook flight login? Will I get a reference I can use to do this?

Hi yes.
I have booked new york via love holidays with Thomas cook flights.
Once booked or deposit left, Thomas cook will send you an email with your reference number to log in and add extras chose your seats etc. Your luggage is 23kg per person and 1 cabin case of 5kg pp.

When I booked our flight to Lax with them through Expedia the payment itself was direct to Thomas Cook on my statement and the emails came from Thomas Cook as well
