How many veg for Christmas dinner?

Hi all,

So I’m having a last minute panic about Christmas dinner veg!

We eat tonight rather than tomorrow and there are only seven of us and I’m currently doing the following...

Swede and carrot crush (M&S fav!)
Sprouts
Runner beans
Broccoli cheese
Parsnips
Red cabbage & Apple

Do I need carrots as well?

I have them here for crudités tomorrow, but wasn’t going to bother to do any tonight - but now wondering if I should?

Ps for the first time ever I’m doing 4 meats (don’t ask - I’m letting everyone have their favourite!) - so I know we won’t go hungry! 😂

I'm keeping it simple just peas, carrots and sprouts, with everything else that's on plate I don't want to overface everyone, we have starter before and I want them to eat pudding after lol, I think you have plenty of choice already

I wouldn’t bother, you’ve got a good selection of veg there.

You’ve got plenty. We’re having peas, carrots, sprouts and cauliflower cheese.

I can't see chips on your list. Big oversight that.

Just peas and baby carrots here. Just had a message off my niece who's 8 asking for sprouts, no chance 😁
