We were having a similar discussion yesterday. One of our suitcases is looking like it will need replacing soon so we may buy one out there. Been trying to do some research on costs as the last one we bought here was cheaper then in Florida when we looked. We have 9 days to decide!

Matalan have a 50% off sale at the mo. We just bought two at the weekend.
It's the "IT Lightest" brand ones (hard & soft shell).

We pondered this too but I ended up buying two light weight it luggage cases from Asda, I think they were £37.99 each. There's 4 of us and we are taking 3 suitcases out although will have the 4th tucked inside the biggest case so we have an empty case for our journey home.

We have just been in Walmart and their IT large cases with 2 wheels were $88. The same case in Matalan is £45 !

We have a foldable bag that we got in Target about 10 years ago. We did actually have 2 but one has finally torn, but it's done many trips before it failed.
We bring it out folded up in it's little carry bag and unfold it as soon as we get here for laundry etc. |

We pack a suitcase inside another for going out so gives us another case for return journey ,saves hunting around for another case while we are on holiday
