Thanks for that, just phoned up and got everything I wanted. Only on hold for 5 minutes. Lovely lady on the other end, very chatty.

Blimey. Reading this thread and I'm confused. A few contradictory posts.
At the moment - before our clocks go forward an hour it's: 10 am for online. 11 am for phone. Am I correct in stating this?

Thats what I was told yesterday. I was able to search for my stay dates after 10 am this morning, and was able to book one reservation. Then all the other ones just popped up with the message Sorry for the Paws, please try again later or phone.
I phoned the number posted and the Lady sorted it all out for me. I phoned at 11am. |

Right so ADR's open online at 6am EST. Which as mentioned is current 4 hours behind us due to Daylight Savings (so currently changed to EDT).

I just rang and got all my bookings sorted, if that helps anyone. Was on hold for about 10 seconds. CM couldn't give an explanation as to why it wouldn't work online.

Been making mine all week from 10am online. Today I'm having a mare. Online (PC and mobile app) failing with "sorry for the paws". Phoned at 10:59am...lines closed. Phoned at 11am on the dot...30 minute queue!

Today's my ADR day and I'm having the same problem booking on line. I've just rung their technical support line and they don't know what's causing it. In the end they transferred me to their dining team and I booked just the one really important one - Tusker House breakfast, I love Donald Duck and this is the biggie for me I've gone for the Rivers of Light dining package. I'll keep on trying the rest over the next couple of days and see what happens. At least we can make the reservations over the phone if necessary.
