personally wouldnt bother if its just one drink , i dont bother having just one in the UK these days not worth it
nevermind the law in the US getting involved in a legal case in lets face it a crazy litigious country not worth the hassle fancy a drink take a uber/cab |

Given that in majority of places in USA you have to drive, I think drinking and driving is a lot more prevalent than here.
Not sure if they still have the rule where you have to fail the sobriety test (touch nose etc) before they can breathalyse, was probably another urban myth.
