We really love it and do it each time we go!

You can book it on the usual disney dining pages MDE etc. when it's available.

Basically you turn up and they take you up in the private lift. There are two special private rooms at the california grill reserved for you and you're met with a glass of champagne.

Throughout the night, they'll keep you supplied with whatever you like, wine, beer etc. they're REALLY good and encourage you to try different wines and so on.

Then they'll bring out a buffet of nibbles, flatbreads, spring rolls and all sorts as well as a sushi table.

After that, they'll replace those with lots of lovely desserts again, whatever you want.

When the fireworks are about to start you can either stay in the room and watch through the window or take a glass of champagne and go out onto the bridge which is what most people do.

It's not the cheapest thing in the world but it's one of those little nuggets that you can do at WDW which still feels a bit exclusive and special.

well they release the dates on DME about 3/4 months in advance they're showing up to june/july at the moment so it's easy enough to book
