Online adr problems
Can anybody confirm, if there’s still issues with online adrs ?, I’ve seen a couple of posts on Facebook pages saying people are experiencing problems.
Is this just user error or is there a problem at present, I’m due to do mine on Tuesday , and I hate having to do it over the phone Jules

From other posts it sounds like Disney's famous computer systems are playing up again.
I'd call the freephone number is there's particular places and times you are after. 0800 1690 730 and select option 3 |

I've been booking my ADRs online since last Sunday, but yesterday and today I've had the dreaded "sorry for the paws" message, both online and on the app. I called the number today at 10:59am - lines closed...11am on the dot - 30 minutes queue! Eventually I did speak to someone who booked my ADR. I asked if there were any problems and was told they were "enhancing the magic". I guess that's CM speak for "computer says no".

Oh no I hate calling , let’s hope they get it sorted before Tuesday, much prefer to play around with it in front of me, takes so long when a cm does it .
Normally I love the day approaching but now dreading it Jules

Today is my first ever ADR day and I haven't been able to book online at all. I've kept the dining reservations team on the phone busy! I rang 0800 169 0748 which takes you straight through to the dining reservations team.

Why is it taking Disney so long to fix the issue? As I understand it’s been going on for a lot of days now

I rang their technical department this morning and the chap I spoke to said they don't know what's causing it.

Well it doesn't help that they keep firing the US computer workers and replacing them with cheaper workers from india... all whilst putting their prices up at the other end.

This is good to know, as I was struggling with ADRs for the last two days of the holiday. Its nothing too hard to get so we should be fine, hope it gets fixed soon.
