Could anyone help me please?

I have booked an ADR online but I want to cancel it now. I've gone by the following instructions:

"To view or cancel reservations, log in and then click "Dining Reservations" under the "My Disney Vacation" which displays at the top of the page."

The trouble is when I put my reservation number in and the phone number I used it gives the following message:

"We are unable to retrieve your reservation. You may continue to make your dining reservations, contact your travel agent, or call 407-WDW-DINE for assistance."

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Obviously I'm not going to ring USA to cancel it but I feel it's only right to cancel it to give someone else the chance.

have a look at the online ADR sticky for suggestions but you may well have to call as the system is really temperamental

Thanks mossyflossy. I should have looked a bit harder.
Seems to be a common problem so I shall try all the suggestions.

I think I am giving myself an anxiety attack about this!
Do have to ring to retrieve my reservation number cos I dont seem to have a number on my Virgin reciept.
Also does anyone know what cards they accept. Must it be C.C or will they take Visa Debit?

Are ADR’s still required for 2019 reservations?

Yes, if you want to guarantee being able to eat at your restaurants of choice
