Alamo Tampa

Just wondering if anyone has recently flown into Tampa and collected a luxury SUV with Alamo and could let me know what they got and what the choice was like please

I’m a bit worried their selection may be limited compared to what we’ve had previously at MCO

I also booked a luxury SUV in Tampa, but in May.

Last year there wasn't a large line at Tampa in lux when I was picking up, and I ended up with a Cadillac (I wasn't a fan of it).

It was mostly made up of higher spec Q5's rather than larger SUV's which I was probably expecting to see.

However these lines change constantly and someone half an hour either side of me could have had a completely different view.

Personally now I book the size I need depending on room and also how long I'm driving for and book the best value from there. I only booked the lux as it was cheeper than the class below.

Over the years I've booked regular SUV's and ended up with a far better car than when I've booked the class above, it can all be down to timing.

The available garage space to the car hire companies in TPA is smaller than it is in MCO so there are consequences.
