We saw people with them on the rides, DS even saw some people on the body slides with them, he said they had to fold them to their chest instead of wearing round their neck.

Can't answer for every park/ride, but in TL last year in the main wave pool, I think everyone we saw had bags, sunglasses, cameras, etc. on them in the pool. No idea if that was supposed to be allowed or not, but it's what we saw (I'd left my sunglasses in the locker thinking they wouldn't be allowed, but went back for them after seeing so much other gear being taken in by others).

I have just got a couple of these for my upcoming holiday, tested in a sink of water for a few hours with tissue paper and no leak if you are looking for some.

We used them very successfully last year. We used our waterproof cases to put our Iphones in and used the camera on the lazy river etc and also underwater at Discovery cove.

The small lockers are $10 a day. You pick a 4 digit code to open them so no key to hang on to. We much preferred using one of those to having valuables on us. But if you want to be on your phone a lot then that wont work.
