It's just lost, unfortunately.
We had a £20 code in the UK, journey cost us £9, so we lost £11 of credit. Similar story in Orlando. I suppose you could ask the driver if there's anywhere you'd like to stop off en-route as that way the driver earns more from your free credit. It's something we'll do next time.

Yes there will be drivers out and about, just make sure you are aware if price surging is in place, it should show on the app when you open it if it is.

Hi, Im a little confused, I know on here many times you have stated that you DO NOT tip Uber drivers. Mrs I found an article that says otherwise.
