Hard Rock Hotel garden view room

Hi all,
Have the above booked for next month, just there the 2 nights. I have seen it described in some places as garden view/theme park view - can anyone advise if you do get theme park view rooms in this category and if so, can you email hotel directly to put in the request?

I've not seen a garden view with a Theme PV but that doesn't mean there aren't any. Our pool views usually face the parks though.

Again, doesn't hurt to try though - I use hardrockcustomerservice@loewshotels.com
when making requests.
