OKW availability

Searching for a villa at OKW for the last two weeks in May and up to yesterday 2 beds were available until 24/5 and no 1 beds were showing. Today 1 beds are showing available until 13/6 but 2 beds only until 11/5. Does anyone know if they release the availability in batches and at separate times or?

EDIT: This was on ATD�s website. They are both only showing available until 24/5 on Disneyholidays

OKW and SSR will only show availability within 11 months of checkout date, as they are DVC resorts. This change was implemented a couple of years ago.

I know, the time frame I�m looking at is well within that.

Ah ok. I've been keeping an eye on availability as I'd like to switch our POR booking for 5 rooms to 2x 2 beds at OKW in October, and all I can comment on it is that availability changes daily - sometimes hourly!

I guess though that as it is within the 11 month window you're looking now, DVC owners may have booked up. Going by previous years, that would be unlikely in a large resort like OKW, but you never know these days with so many changes!

I've always found this site to be really useful to have a broad check on availability - although, of course, it relates to DVC units and not cash inventory - but should give a rough guess.

The DVC and cash inventories are completely separate so one has no influence at all on the other.
