With the way my two DS argue constantly, definitely a Villa for us. Though we will have 1 or 2 nights at a hotel.

Hubby originally wanted a villa. I wanted I drive. We’ve just been on a cruise and had an inside cabin and it made us think about how much room we might want and our downtime away from the parks. Even though we had upgraded to a two bed suite with the enclave it was the private pool that swung us. But it was hubby that decided. I dither a lot so just tend to go with the flow.
I wanted I drive previously as that’s all we’ve ever done before.

We only have a DS so thankfully no sibling squabbles!
We both have different ideas on accommodation, I would stay in a villa every time, love the quiet and own pool. OH hates villas, he doesn't like keeping somewhere clean and tidy when we are on holiday as it is like being at home, also him and DS would literally start a conversation in an empty room, so he prefers the hotels where he can chat to others in the pool etc.
Everyone has different things that suit their individual families and no matter what you choose you are going to love it because you are going to be in Florida.

They said it will be 33837 zip code area. Think that’s about 20mins from Disney.

Praying we haven’t made a mistake changing

Google maps says that's certainly the Davenport area but not around Highgate Park area and along US27 which is 33897

We stayed at Windsor palms once and the distance wasn’t too bad then another time we stayed at regal palms and the drive was too much. For us it’s all about location rather than villa or hotel. We did a condo at cypress pointe which was great as best of both worlds but generally we just go for hotels as we are barely in the room.

With only 25 days to go now just be happy your husband made the decision and changed to a villa. We stayed in an AOA villa in the Davenport area a few years ago and while it is slightly further out is not far from shops and restaurants and lovely to go back to your own quiet oasis after a busy day in the parks.

Hope you have a fantastic time
